5787 Old Troy Pike, Urbana
Barn Owners: Ralph and Carol Wilson
Quilt Square: "Pine Grove"
Sponsor: Dayton Power & Light Co.

This bank barn was built in 1905 out of pine boards and served the purpose of being a dairy barn. The function of the barn was the determining factor in the architecture of the barn. The Wilson's barn is currently being used for cattle and hay storage. The farm has been named "Crystal Creek Farm" after Carol's grandmother, Christel Blue. The quilt pattern was chosen because of the pine trees found on and around their property as well as on their curve of Old Troy Pike.
